These terms are an agreement between you and Lorenzo Ventures LLC (“we,” “us”) covering your use of the MODA app. By creating an account or using MODA, you agree to them.
MODA is a wardrobe app: you catalog your clothing, log what you wear, and MODA gives you insight about your wardrobe (like cost-per-wear). It’s a tool for information and organization — not financial, resale-pricing, or professional advice.
You need an account to use MODA. Keep your credentials secure; you’re responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent where you live) to use MODA.
The photos and wardrobe information you add to MODA are yours. You give us only the limited license we need to store, process, and display that content back to you — that’s it. We don’t publish your content, and we don’t use it to train models or for advertising. You’re responsible for making sure you have the right to upload what you add.
MODA is free. Every feature is included at no cost, there is no subscription, and there is nothing to buy inside the app.
If we introduce a paid tier in a future version, these terms will apply to it: subscriptions would be billed and auto-renewed through your Apple ID and cancellable any time in your Apple subscription settings, with cancellation taking effect at the end of the current billing period; a free trial, where offered, converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled before it ends; refunds are handled by Apple under Apple’s terms; and if a one-time lifetime purchase is offered, “lifetime” means the lifetime of the MODA product. We will say so in the app before any of that applies to you.
Don’t misuse MODA: no breaking the law with it, no attempting to breach or probe its security, no reverse-engineering, no scraping or reselling access, no uploading content that is illegal or infringes someone else’s rights. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
You can stop using MODA and delete your account at any time in Settings — deletion permanently removes your account and wardrobe data. We may suspend or terminate the service or your account for violations of these terms, and we may discontinue features (or the product) with reasonable notice where practicable.
MODA is provided “as is.” We work hard to keep it reliable and your data safe, but we can’t guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lorenzo Ventures LLC’s total liability arising out of your use of MODA is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
We may update these terms; for material changes we’ll notify you in the app before they take effect. Continuing to use MODA after changes take effect means you accept them.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
